After your order is placed, it enters our preparation process. During this stage, your order is confirmed, prepared, checked, packed, and made ready for dispatch. Standard processing time is usually 2–4 business days.
Business days are Monday to Friday and do not include weekends or public holidays. During sales, seasonal periods, or high-demand launches, processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping Timeframe
Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated shipping and delivery time is usually 7–12 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your country, courier workload, customs checks, public holidays, and local delivery conditions.

Tracking Updates

Tracking can sometimes remain unchanged while the parcel is moving between facilities, passing through customs, or being transferred to a local delivery partner.
Delivery Address
Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct before placing your order. Include apartment numbers, building details, postal codes, and any important delivery instructions.
If an address is entered incorrectly, the parcel may be delayed, returned, or become undeliverable. Once an order has been processed or shipped, address changes may no longer be possible.
